We got to know about this restaurant through a Friend, who used to know the owner.It was the best surprise, we’ve ever had. Simplicity, delicious food, warm and genuine service from Ricardo and Alexandre. The Icelandic Cod, the Acorda, beef tartare and the leek tartlets were simply delicious. Even the wine pairing was awesome.Very nice to find a modern style restaurant serving Portugese food, with the modern twist emphasized on Quality products.

I regret not having taken photos of ALL dishes and taken notes of their names. Be prepared to have a fine dining experience!We chose a taste menu. At first, it felt like it would be too much food, but the portion was right on, we left feeling happily satiated. Each dish was accompanied by a thorough explanation of its elements. Some of them were finalized in front of us. Everything tasted very fresh and so flavourful.However, I must say that the dessert (photo) was PERFECTION - a mix of textures, sweetness and citrus.

Excellent food, outstanding service and great atmosphere. We came here for lunch on our first day in Portugal and did not regret it. We can highly recommend the restaurant and the team. Thanks for a great experience.

Super little spot in Coimbra! We stopped in for lunch and I'm not sure it could have been more enjoyable.The space has a more casual feel, but the service is impeccable and matched the cuisine perfectly.A somewhat limited but very diverse menu is offered and all four dishes we tried were both beautiful, and delicious!While I only had a glass of wine, they have a nice selection of bottles available. Wines by the glass offer something for everyone or to match your plate(s).Complete winner!

If you are looking for finer dining than the typical restaurant in Coimbra this is the place. Get a seat outside if possible on a beautiful evening. The table is set with beautiful dried flowers and a lamp for nice ambiance with the old city surroundings. The service is efficient, friendly and timely. The cuisine is delicious. The beef tartare and the Burrata with prosciutto salad were amazing starters. The cod and the pork wrapped in a puff pastry were delicious. When I’m back in Coimbra I will dine here!

Excellent food. Fresh ingredients cooked on the grill outside in front of us. We had the tasting menu and got our money's worth. The owner was kind and took good care of us. The location was so romantic, down a cobblestone street. I felt like I was in another world, coming from the US. It was magical.

This was an amazing meal. The service and the food were exceptional. The staff was extremely supportive with our food allergies and made us feel very welcome. It can be very hard to travel with allergies and the menu was labeled very clearly. We would highly recommend this place!

Sat outside on a perfect summer evening and watched our entrees being cooked on a table side grill. Impeccable food and wine pairings. Excellent service
